Please be aware that personalised items are not eligible to be returned unless faulty. Personalised items include:names/dates/sayings and custom design orders.
Items can be exchanged if not personalised and returned to us in perfect order, unworn and in the original packaging. Due to this being a ‘change of mind’, the return postage is to be covered by yourself and the products you are exchanging for, will only start to be made once the original order is received back to us. We are not responsible for lost returned parcels so we suggest the returned parcels to be sent redorded(but obviously this is your choice)
Refunds are not permitted, however store credit can be issued to save for a later date.
